Q: How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, select the item you want, choose your size, and click "Add to Cart." When you are ready, go to your cart and click "Checkout." Follow the steps to enter your shipping address and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes โ but you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be processed and sent to fulfillment, and we may not be able to make changes. Email us at support@caleidostore.com as soon as possible.
Q: Do I need an account to shop?
No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and save your details for future purchases.
Q: How do I know my size?
Each product page includes sizing information. We recommend reading the size description carefully before ordering. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Still unsure? Contact us and we will be happy to help.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order amount required.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 6 to 12 business days after your order is processed. Processing usually takes 1 to 2 business days before your order ships.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily serve customers within the United States. Please check our Shipping Policy page for the most up-to-date information on delivery locations.
Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also contact us at support@caleidostore.com with your order number and we will check the status for you.
Q: My tracking says "delivered" but I did not receive my package. What do I do?
First, check around your door, mailbox, and with any neighbors or building staff. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification and we will investigate and work to resolve it for you.

Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Q: How do I start a return?
Email us at support@caleidostore.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and send you return instructions within 1 business day.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item you received was wrong, damaged, or defective. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Q: Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes. If you would like a different size or color, mention it in your return request email and we will do our best to accommodate an exchange, subject to availability.
