Refund policy
At Caleidostore, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind every product we sell and want you to feel confident every time you shop with us. If something is not right with your order, we are here to make it right — quickly and without hassle.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase so you fully understand your rights and our process.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn and unwashed
- The item must be in its original condition — no stains, odors, or damage
- All original tags must still be attached
- The item must be in its original packaging
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
If your item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to decline the return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items with missing tags or damaged original packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items returned after the 30-day return window has passed
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending anything back.
3. How to Start a Return
Do not send your item back without contacting us first. Here is how to begin the return process:
Step 1 — Email us at support@caleidostore.com with the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- A photo of the item (required if the item is damaged or defective)
Step 2 — Our support team will review your request and respond within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.
Step 3 — Pack your item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. Keep your tracking number as proof.
Step 4 — Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you received a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we will cover the full cost of return shipping and resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
We recommend using a trackable shipping carrier for your return. Caleidostore is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit without tracking.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received at our facility, we will:
- Inspect the item to confirm it meets our return conditions
- Send you an email notification confirming receipt of your return
- Notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal).
Please note that your bank or card provider may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the refund to your account — this is outside of our control.
If your return is declined because the item did not meet our conditions, we will notify you and return the item to you.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days of our approval notification, please do the following:
- Check your bank account or PayPal balance again
- Contact your credit card company — there is often a processing delay before a refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank directly
If you have completed all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@caleidostore.com and we will investigate immediately.
7. Exchanges
We are happy to help you exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
To request an exchange, email us at support@caleidostore.com with your order number and the item details you would like instead. Our team will confirm availability and guide you through the process.
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect all orders before they ship, but if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at support@caleidostore.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your case and offer one of the following resolutions at no cost to you:
- A full replacement of the item
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A store credit if you prefer
We take full responsibility for any errors on our end and will resolve them as quickly as possible.
9. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
- Cancellations requested within 12 hours — full refund, no questions asked
- Cancellations requested after 12 hours — we will do our best, but if the order has already entered processing or shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation. In that case, the standard return process will apply once you receive the item.
To cancel, email support@caleidostore.com with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation."
10. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a full refund. Sale items and items purchased during promotional events are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
