We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Caleidostore is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Clear photos of the item received
  • Photos of the packaging

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.
