This Shipping Policy explains how Caleidostore processes and delivers orders placed through our online store.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs

We're happy to offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) begin processing the same day; orders placed after that time begin processing the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or high order volume during peak seasons.

Order Tracking

A tracking confirmation email is sent once your order ships. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Caleidostore is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update it before the order ships.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request an order change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Damaged items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
  • Lost items: Please contact us so we can initiate a carrier investigation on your behalf.

Delivery Delays

Occasional delays can happen due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier operational delays
  • Public holidays
  • High seasonal demand
  • Missing or incomplete delivery information (e.g., no phone number on file)

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Friendly Reminder

  • If a package is lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the loss. We are unable to replace the order or issue a refund in this case.
  • If a package is returned because the customer failed to collect it, the customer will be responsible for any associated costs.
