Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Caleidostore processes and delivers orders placed through our online store.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: we offer free shipping on all orders.

Total Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Order Transit Time

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Order Transit Time: 5-10 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Order Cutoff Time: orders placed before 05:00 PM (EST) process the same day (EST) Eastern Standard Time (New York)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 12 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • The name of the shipping carrier
  • A direct link to track your package in real time

You can use your tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery at any time. If your tracking information does not update within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us and we will look into it.

6. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Caleidostore is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Please double-check:

  • Street address and apartment/unit number
  • City, state, and ZIP code

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@caleidostore.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it to a new address.

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address when placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  1. Check around your front door, mailbox, porch, and any neighboring units
  2. Check with other members of your household or building staff
  3. Wait 24 hours — packages are sometimes marked as delivered slightly early
  4. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number

If you have completed all of the above and still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@caleidostore.com within 48 hours of the marked delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work with you to find a resolution.

Please note that Caleidostore is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered but reported stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure address.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please do the following:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the item inside
  • Do not discard the packaging — it may be needed for a carrier claim
  • Contact us at support@caleidostore.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally, packages may be returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery. If this happens:

  • We will contact you by email to notify you
  • You will have the option to have the package reshipped (additional shipping fees may apply) or receive a refund for the item cost, minus any return shipping charges incurred

Order Cancellations After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. If you would like to return the item after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full instructions.
